You can check the reason in the PRO dashboard

 

If you think the ban is not justified, you can make an appeal here

As indicated by Sticktoff, you can check the Account Dashboard to find the reason for your ban. You can then appeal the ban in the Discipline Appeal section. The appropriate Staff Member will look at your case there.
