sand means - a sand weather setter most common is Tyranitar but u can also use hippowdon and a sand rush pokemon with most common be Excadrill

 

rain means - a rain weather setter with most common be Politoed and swift swim pokemons usualy ppl pick 1 sp attacker and 1 physical (ludicolo , omastar , kingdra are the most common sp attackers and kabutops poliwrath for physical)

 

another must pokemon in ur team should be a spinner ( a pokemon that can learn rapid spin or defog move) and fill it with whatever else u like u will end up in a team after u gather some experience

which team would you say is the best or has more advantages and is there any other teams i can get ideas of

Weather teams are great, Balacend teams work well too. Sp.def + def pivot. sweeper, offensive tank, hazards. Poeple run stall teams w/ circle throw. It all depends on your play style and how long you feel like farming for pokemon. I just made a starter guide to hunting your own pokemon Here
