this is my brother player but on my real player (mor9060) has problem

first is not mean the subject but i dont know why (mor9060) my real pleyer is block

from all forum and servers (blue and yelow) red working but my real problem is in server red

i have ther bug when i am in the water i cant use my lapres(surf mount) is just normal swim

plz fix that i love this game is fun and i will keep play.
