Can't Evolve Nosepass [Evolving Glitch]

I've leveled up my Nosepass from lvl-99 to lvl-100 on Power Pant,

but no evolving confirmation bar appeared :/

 

Then I travelled to Hoenn, and tried beating a wild pokemon on NewMauville,

but still no use :(

 

Can you guys please help evolving my nosepass?

Would appreciate the help alot! ^-^

The only way to evolve Nosepass is by leveling up in New Mauville. Since you cannot level it up anymore, I'm afraid that Nosepass of yours will not evolve.

 

Pokemon cannot evolve at level 100 or evolved by mistake

Unfortunately, staff cannot unevolve pokemon so any evolution is final, nor can staff lower a pokemons level, so if it needs to level up to evolve and reaches level 100 there is nothing that can be done and it won't be able to. You will need to make sure every requirement for evolution is met before reaching level 100. (not including evolutions that need trade of evolutionary stones as these can be done at any level)

It's recommended to evolve pokemon around level 97-98 to avoid any unexpected issues

iirc you need to level it up in new mauvile, since its already 100 it wont evolve

staff can not reduce the level of a pokemon, sorry :(

Thanks but Admin Nikola has helped me to reduce my nosepass's lvl and I could evolve it into Probopass <3
