It would be really great to see a NPC who can take off one level off your pokemon for a payment. I know some people whom have the same problem as me (see picture).

I would say I agree with this, but you have literally 64 opportunities to evolve that monferno into an infernape. 1 for each level. Its not hard to evolve something at 97 and then use rare candies, or just raise it from there.

 

I don't mean to be negative, or rude, but I have no sympathy/will never understand how these things happen. Why take a risk in the first place? Just be sure, in the future.
