game doesn't reconizes my badges

Featured Replies

Hello

I've just won the Plain Badge (johto), but when I try to pass the guards towards the next city they won't let me pass because allegedly I don't have the badge. But I have it. Can you guys help me? The problem started couple days ago in Kanto. In kanto, when I tried to use headbutt in trees I couldn't because allegeddly I didnt have the badge. I couldn't go to mt silver either, but I had the 8 badges and I had beaten elite four. Aparently my account does not register my badges anymore.

I thought it could be fixed if I moved to Johto (I've beate the elite four) but it continues. What could it be?

Thank you

Hi sofis2312

Sorry for your inconvenience. U can try restarting the client. Sometimes the variables take a bit to upload so restarting the client will force save it.

Let me know if this worked for you, If it is not so will try to find another solution ^^

Regards!
