my friend ign : horace told me he cant get his porygon

meanwhile he got 120 pokemons which should be able to get his porygon and he got his silver disc with him. therefore he would like to knows if there is a bug or not . thank you so much

did he give the man that silver disc? and if he did, after how many hours did your friend wait to get the porygon?

Did he claim the one-off Silver Disc freebie in Cinnabar Lab Room 1 from the sedentary NPC? It rewards not just the Silver Disc but it also initializes variables registration to ensure that Davis will be receptible to any Silver Disc you bring to him; therefore, if he hasn't already completed that antecedent, it may explain why Davis is unresponsive despite that the rest of the conditions were met.

 

EDIT: After doing a confirmatory check of his user variables, I have verified that he has not spoken to that NPC; after he does those steps, Porygon will be generable. :)
