Lost my moon stone by server breakdown

I need help from the support and dont know if this is the right place to post this.

So my problem ist that the server shut down after I evolved my Nidorino to Nidoking with help of the moon stone.

Now my Nidoking is back Nidorino and cant find the moon stone in the Mount Moon cave.

So I wanted to ask if i can get this moon stone back?

Seems you lost your item due to rollback, which in case we don't return items when lost due to rollback. Sorry for the inconvenience.
