I just completed my johto dex the other day and caught celebi last night, so today I talked to Scientist Rey for the legendary dog quest and he is still telling me "I really need those beasts datas to complete my research..."

 

Is there something I'm missing here? I have 1400 hours and a full johto/kanto dex (with enough evos for celebi)

Or is Rey just blind?

do you have the dex for the 3 dogs? (did you battle them to get their dex)

Lol, just checked all the dogs spots again. I must have run into raikou in pvp. Though I'm sure I battled it in Mt. Silver before. Odd, anyways I should be good to go now.
