I am Asad Ali Malik and i need help. I have been stuck in Mossdeep city as it is not allowing me to proceed and the reason behind it is that i haven't got the badge. But i got the badge already as i have won against both of the gym leaders. What do I do? Please help!

Im sorry to hear your inconvenience, Did you talk with Steven in The Mossdeep Space Center?

He will give you HM-06 Dive and then you can continue with the story
