I think this game should have more competition. That will attract more people want to play Pro:

-Mount Races:

-Who will get the most epic pokemon

-Who will get the worst iv pokemon

-Who will get the most epic SHINY pokemon

-Who will get the worst iv SHINY pokemon,etc...

Like the idea of these competitions, but you have no follow up or really any ideas on how to implement, what it adds to the game, etc.

Who puts on these competitions? Is there a reward? What's the incentive to participate? What is a "mount race"?

Guilds are currently doing that Kind of stuff. If yours does not: try to initiate one of your ideas.
