We're deeply sorry to see that you lost the precious Kangaskhan you probably farmed a lot for, and we, as players too, know how painful it is to finally have the one we reached just to see it gone by a rollback due to a server crash. Unfortunately, and i maybe will pull-off the sticking-bandage quickly, but there is nothing we can do for you to retrieve your pokemon and money.

 

As a matter of fact, you know that Pokemon Revolution Online is still in Beta, because the game is always under development and it's clear to anyone that, sometimes, crash happen. And they won't happen in a pleasant moment. Anyhow, we cannot retrieve you a Pokemon you've lost by rollback because the existence of this Pokemon haven't got the time to be itself inscripted in the database of the game (consecrated in game by the attribution of the ID to a pokemon you just caught). And without any ID to find the denominated pokemon, it would be unfair to other players to generate a random one if it could advantage you in anyway.

 

For the same reason but in other conditions, the money you spend to go in a safari is registered when debited to your player account, and it cannot be given back to whom was in the safari during a crash because it already has been spend.

 

I hope you'll understand and pass over the annoying situation with a little relativism : all of this is just game money and entertainment :)

 

In the future, you should consider waiting stability from the server to enter a safari or being able to spend 5k without regarding to the costs =) We really know it's annoying, especially when we start the game and don't have a lot of money, but you will have enough time and money beyond you to find another one, and it will be better and maybe shiney that the one you encountered first ;) Have faith, and enjoy the game !

 

FYI, I'm linking you the game policy for crash issues in the Bible of General Support which says under Non-Negotiable Issues :

Including disconnections and rollbacks

Some times when the game crashes/stuck, you might lose your a bit of your progress. Keep in mind that game is in BETA and crashes can happen any time. You will not be given anything you lost in a rollback/crash/stuck as it's responsbility. Please take the time to read the following thread Hit by a rollback?. We are so sorry for your case, however, it will not have any action go further for your case.

 

I hope i've somehow be helpful to answer to your report, i've done my best for you to understand, and sadly, as there's nothing we can do, I have to lock this topic as "solved".
