a few minutes ago, right after I had defeated Brock, when my Bulbasaur had just evolved and learned a few moves, the game crashed and I lost the evolution and the moves. Can I get them back normally if I get one more level with this pokemon? If not, how to recover the new moves?

you can use the move relearner to learn it back too,2k each, for the relearner in kanto locate at cerulean and saffron

In story ur poke level up in lvl 16 so if u cant level up him for crash now u have to do is more level up him and u can relearn hia move by relearner in cerulian also in saffron .Ty
