Can you show us a screenshot of the concerned pokemon maybe ?

And if the evolution has failed, which can happened sometimes because who knows ?, i think you will be able to make it evolve again by the same conditions :) Have you tried to make it evolve a second time or not ?

Hi it finally solved i dont know why it happened but i tried to evolve it again like 3 or 4 levels more and later it evolved. It should be a ocasional bug in that moment or something.

 

Sorry for dont take out the post when it solved but i didnt know how.
