So you've beaten Red, but did you caught 120 Pokemon from Kanto + 38 evolved ? (If you need more information go talk to Prof Oak at Pallet Town)

Then you must try to go on Saffron of Goldenrod Subway station and pay 5k for a normal travel to the guard + 10k for Trainers Valley to the second NPC on the dock.

Its best if the 38 pokes evovled are kanto pokes evolution ^^
