Unfortunately, there is no ETA on when Sinnoh will be released.

Also, Turtwig isn't obtainable via the wild at the moment. I believe it is dropped as Erika's boss reward

Thought turtwig was found headbutting trees, I forgot where, but I think that turtwigs were catchable like that.

Turtwig is catchable by headbutt on the route on the right of Cherrygrove city (follow the headbutt guide for it !), and Erika may reward you with one, but it's unsyncable.

Totally forgot about the headbutt spawns, sorry about that.
