Yes i killed the gurdian the dog show up so i killed the raikou dog cuz i didnt want him no more and went to get suciine but the changer is gone :(

Once you beat the guardian, as posted, you no longer are able to change what bell you had.

 

Even more unfortunate, since you fainted Raikou, you have to battle Nikola in order for it to respawn.

 

Sorry for the inconvenience, but it doesn't look like there's much to be done here.
