When I open the item shop in-game, it won't direct me to PayPal. I'm not sure if it's supposed to give me a link or open on its own. But it just prompts me with "After your payment has been verified (This make take a while) you will need to RELOAD for Coins to be added", though I haven't sent anything to be verified.

 

If possible could somebody link me to the store, if not understandable, have a nice day.
