Hi, when i was figthing with the first rocket grunt, my internet got lost and now i cant fight with him again. He doesnt let me cross the tunnel. i have good pokemons, i can win withoput problems.

You probably have to wait 2 hours. That's the cooldown of many "story npc".

Sorry for the inconvenience, as Giovanna said you have to wait for cooldown, nothing can be done for this.
