Even though I like the idea itself I don't think this is feasable. I mean, the pokemon world is insipred by japan in most of its maps, but that world you posted is not the actual pokemon world, but just a renterpretation of the size and silocation of its maps (even though, as I said I like it).

The major ptblem I think woulb de with Hoenn, considering that in this map is rotated, compared con how it is normally shown on maps and playes. This last I think is the "fatal problem" to make the use of this map impossible.
