Where is the Bug Catching Area?

You can find the entrance of Bug Catching Area at National Part Stop House 1, as showed on these screenshots (you have to talk to the Guard on the left). But for now, this area is still closed, be patient.

Thnx Neroli :) but is it surely that area? because the area in the map shows National Park and the area I am searching shows Bug Catching Area and its actually separated in the 'search area' section on the up right of the screen.

Yes the Bug Catching Area is a completely different area compared to National Park, but both are related because of localisation.
