Pokemon Recovery

To whom it may concern,

 

A few months ago, I asked one of my friends to hold onto my pokemon while I was going through some in real life problems to which she said that she would hold onto them for me until I returned. I have now returned and I find out that she hasn't been on for a few months. What are the chances of getting my pokemon back that are my own OT, I am not too concerned about all of them, just my main PvP pokemon. I would not be bringing this up if I didn't have some very good pokemon on her account. Is there anyway that we could recover them as they took hundreds of hours to acquire.
