I'm sorry for your inconvenience, but unfortunately there is no way to un-evolve your Shedinja. I'm sorry to tell you that, but you have to find another one Nincada.

The only advise I could give you is to be really careful for the next time.

 

As a reminder :

→ Nincada will evolve into if level up + an empty slot in your team

→ Nincada will evolve into if level up + full team
