I logged again after a long period of inactivity, I started a new adventure on Yellow server but I haven't my mount and my items (like Kimono) What I can do? Im sorry to hear your inconvenience, Each server has different progress, For that reason you do not have your mounts on another server, If you had the mounts in yellow server please tell me. Unfortunately we can not move/reset accounts to another server as it says in this post. We will not. You are entitled to create another account as the rules state you can have only 2 per e-mail address (You are permitted to have 2 accounts per email address and up to 4 per person) or play in other servers as per server have different save. Staff will not disable, delete, or reset your account without specific reason. General Support | Discord | Bug Resolution Center | Suggestions | Guilds Do not contact staff members for private support. If you need something post it on forums. All unsolicited messages will be sent to Wonderland without being answered.
