Help! I lost my mount and my items

Hello! I logged again after a long period of inactivity, I started a new adventure on Yellow server but I haven't my mount and my items (like Kimono)

What I can do?

(sorry If I failed section)

If you started a new game of course you wouldnt have your items and mount....

Im sorry to hear your inconvenience, Each server has different progress, For that reason you do not have your mounts on another server, If you had the mounts in yellow server please tell me.

 

Unfortunately we can not move/reset accounts to another server as it says in this post.

We will not. You are entitled to create another account as the rules state you can have only 2 per e-mail address (You are permitted to have 2 accounts per email address and up to 4 per person) or play in other servers as per server have different save. Staff will not disable, delete, or reset your account without specific reason.
