Have you tried to fully uninstall the game and re-download it ? You'll need to erase every file before you download it again to be sure avoiding conflicts.

 

Also, you can try several options in this General Support Megathread, like for example Crash issues or other issues.

 

Finally, if the PRO Engine is not loading, that can be because your computer need to run the game in Administrator mode or because your firewall is blocking somehow the game in order to load. Please be sure you add an exception for that :)
