Hello, i have played 365 hours, i have seen and caught all kanto pokemon ( except mew) and i have evolved 134 pokemon but the old man in celadon says that i don't have much experience and he doesn't give me the item. What should i do?

Im sorry to hear your inconvenience, Did you battle the legendary birds and mewtwo?, Also post here the screenshot of all your kanto pokedex, sometimes you are missing one pokemon :)

U have to be complete kanto dex plus 75 envo plus have to be see data of legendaries of kanto make sure u have them
