Hi,

I recently went to the moon twice spending $30,000. Both times I encountered a random low level Pokemon and disconnected. I was transferred all the way back to the PC and I have no money left to go back to the moon. Is this intended and can anything be done about this?

Im sorry to hear your inconvenience, Unfortunately we can not do anything about it, sometimes your internet failed or because the server crashes.

 

As it says in this guide, We do not control when the server crashes but the server automatically returns in a few minutes.

Including disconnections and rollbacks

Some times when the game crashes/stuck, you might lose your a bit of your progress. Keep in mind that game is in BETA and crashes can happen any time. You will not be given anything you lost in a rollback/crash/stuck as it's responsbility. Please take the time to read the following thread Hit by a rollback?. We are so sorry for your case, however, it will not have any action go further for your case.

 

Also check your internet, Sometimes that can cause you to pull you out of the game.
