70 - everstone -not letting pokes evolve

150- evolite - gives 50% def and sp def boost to a non full evolved pokes(really useful item for pokes like duskulops and chancey), though its not working yet, not sure if it was patched in last updates

240- dragon medalion-allows access to b1f of dragon den
