I saved to get to the deoxys fight and i was ill prepared so i lost the fight naturally i went back to Jackson only to find out i have to pay that same 15k again I'm confused to why that is because for someone who wasn't prepared for the fight due to type advantage I'm now forced to pay again which is more time i have to spend again grinding for the money in order to get a chance to progress in story

Unfortunately that's how the story goes. Everyone has been dealt with it so, guess you'll just have to deal with it too.

 

A lil advice, bring a sturdy pokemon with status inducing move -- i.g., thunderwave. or a 2-5 Sucker puncher. It helped me beating Deoxys.

I'm sorry for your inconvenience, but as [mention]Frux[/mention] said before, everyone has to get the same trouble as you if we don't defeat Deoxys by the first time. You now have a chance to take profit from others mistakes in the past, as you are not in the first bunch of Deoxys' battlers, so i hope you will find a good solution to calm the beast when you get the money to go to the moon again.
