Have you tried to fully uninstall and reinstall the game ? Or maybe some of the crash issues we mention in our General Support Bible Also, you may have to add an exception in your firewall/antivirus for PRO as it can block access to map loading servers. Or maybe the problem can come about a too slow internet connexion.
