We are sorry to see that you're experimenting some troubles around here.

 

Have you tried to fully uninstall and reinstall the game ? Or maybe some of the crash issues we mention in our General Support Bible

 

Also, you may have to add an exception in your firewall/antivirus for PRO as it can block access to map loading servers. Or maybe the problem can come about a too slow internet connexion. Please verify all those steps and let us know if the solution has been found :Grin:

Yes, same for me, i think it's a bug of pro, you need to leave pro and come back again
