I'm sorry you're in trouble right now, but can you be a bit more specific about that "glitch" you're talking about ?

 

LAst time we checked, no glitch was there and for nobody except you apparently since we didn't have any complaint of this kind so far.

 

Can you bring us evidences showing you were both in safari and both time it glitches ?

 

Without this, we won't be able to improve the game by fixing this glitch you're talking about, and we also won't be able to refund you the 10k you just lost.
