Just wanted to let the mods and such know that the Ecruteak City Gym Leader's Gengar is glitched. When I went against his Gengar it only used Dream Eater about 10 times in a row without using Hypnosis or any other move.

This is not a bug, sometimes the RNG is just not really clever, and changes according to the Pokemon you have. It makes an advantages for players, like if you use a Gengar on a Ground Pokemon, the RNG will use Earthquake on it without consideration about Gengar's ability: Levitate.
