If i use MS & BlackMS can stack them or stuck?

in fact, black ms and regular ms are two different things, regular ms gives you extre xp / money when Killing poke / beating trainers and also some exclusive pokemon/ area while the black MS just give you +20% (so 25% total) chance to get the hidden ability on a poke (for exmple marvel scale on dratini). this is why you can activate both in the same time or only one or the other :)

Like Variation already said, you can indeed stack them without your game getting stuck.
