hola soy luis alias eios mi personaje esta atrapado en la pared del laboratorio de hoen por un error del computador se cayo la conexion y aparecí en la pared del laboratorio por mas que reinicio el mapa no salgo de hay podrian ayudarme.

And did you try to use an Escape Rope if you have one, to unstuck you ?

Try to reinstall your game. Completely remove your PRO folder and don't forget to empty your bin. Afterwards, download a fresh client here

You should check out if all your drivers are updated, the issue might comes from here.
