Hi, I have a problem, I had a little lag in the game, I was in dragon sanctuary and for the reasons the lag caught a dewdong with a masterball, is there any way to recover it? Please help

I speak Spanish, if you do not understand much.

a lot of people already made that mistake(accident) due to lag---im one of em. Unfortunately staffs can't recover it. As far as I know.

Sorry to hear about your inconvenience

Unfortunately we cannot recover items, progress, ... due to lag, crashes or from being stuck ingame.

Some times when the game crashes/stuck, you might lose your a bit of your progress. Keep in mind that game is in BETA and crashes can happen any time. You will not be given anything you lost in a rollback/crash/stuck as it's responsbility.

 

There is nothing we can do about this but I hope you will enjoy the game nonetheless
