I'm sorry for the inconvenience. Spawn rate of Sharp Beak is 5%, sometimes it may takes few minutes to find what you want, or it may takes few hours nay few days. This is just a probability.

You may be unlucky because there is no problem with this rate.

If you promptly need this item for the Doctor Quest for example, you can also buy it in Trade Channel. Sharp Beak is not very expensive, the price is around 10k only.
