I fixed your image, please if you use img tag next time, be sure to put the URL of the image itself and not from the imgur web page :D

 

For that one, it's not a bug in fact ;)

 

We can see when doing the quest in the all building someone (iirc that's the nurse we see here or someone else) saying that Sabrina came with her Alakazam and he teleported two rockets to somewhere and they just disappear. In fact it's kind of a roleplay thing to admit that he teleported them in the walls of the building ;)
