Sorry for your trouble. Vulcan island is empty from pokemon for now as the zone will be soon reclassed. Boss will be moved and pokemon aren't available anymore for now.

 

Now that's the Clone Event which is set and you should try to go hunt a cute clone starter from the first movie Pokemon (see the new spots in your pokedex for the Kanto starters :) ).

 

Once again, really sorry for the inconvenience, we had to make it that way, it was not from our deicison to make. :)
