I need train HP, ATK and SPATK.

Which routes are good to train EV?

HP is very easy, just go to ruins of alph and surf for woopers/quag all, day all night.

 

ATK is also fairly easy, you can go to either MT.Mortar surf or Tohjo falls surf for seaking / goldeen / ploiwag.

 

SP ATK route 6 surf surf during the day for psyduck / golduck and route 5 during the night for oddish / gloom.

i would recommend illex forest for sp atck all day psyducks and golducks.HP and atck same as above^^
