I lost my life orb after the game crashed

i got 4x life orb before the game crashed and i switch my pokemon and put my life orb then after the game crash when i log back in, i went back from i was before and the pokemon that i switched is in my team then when i get it back and going to put life orb again i saw 3x life orb :3

idk if its a bug but im sure it is

its not a lie well its ok if the orb didnt get back( and i dont expect it to ) at least i said it and say what really happened and at least they knew and if they lost their item in the same situation as mine

*i didnt trade it

*i search in my other pokemon and theres none

*its 4x and i put it in my poke before the server crash then after than i saw 3x only

I'm sorry for the inconvenience, but you probably have been hit by a rollback. This kind of loss may happen if you move an item when the server is going to crash. Sadly, as it's unexpected, there is nothing that can be done to get back your item.

Some times when the game crashes/stuck, you might lose your a bit of your progress. Keep in mind that game is in BETA and crashes can happen any time. You will not be given anything you lost in a rollback/crash/stuck as it's responsbility. Please take the time to read the following thread Hit by a rollback?. We are so sorry for your case, however, it will not have any action go further for your case.
