Hi,

 

I fought and beat RED at Mount Silver but I can't seem to be able to go to Trainers Valley, the Subway only lets me go between Saffron and Goldrenrod (I've done the subway quest and got the HM Fly)

 

Can someone help ?

Have you collect enough kanto-dex and evolution number? To access Trainer Valley, other than beating RED in Mt. silver, you also need over 120 kanto-pokedex and more than 34 evolution number.
