when you buy coins to you get 100 for each server account or does it work like if you had 50 coins and then you bought something that costed 25 would you have 25 coins left on all servers and if you bought lets say a mount would you get the mount on all servers?

The Coins and all what you Purchase with that coins - are only on the Server you purchased them. You wont get 100 Coins on each Server when you buy them. Only on the Server on that you bought it.
