I already completed all :confused:

You mean that guy in Ecruteak City who gives you that stone for either Entei/Suicune/Raikou?

You can skip him. Continue with going the Ruin of Alphs and get the G.S Ball.

I caught Celebi yesterday and didn't need that stone.
