I lost connection during BOSS fight. Now I need to wait 11 days to attack him again. Could you reset the time counter for me or is it lost case ?

sorry for the inconvenience. You will not be given anything you lost in a rollback/crash as it's responsbility. Therefore you need o wait the 11 days out to fight him/her again. You can read more about rollbacks here: Hit by a rollback.
