The only thing they can do is be able to assist with you on their side if a transaction doesn't go well. Try directing the issue with Paypal Support Team on their website or try seeing if you can restart your password on their systems respectively. Alas, Pro Staff is not able to deal with direct Paypal problems :) Sorry for not being this useful, we hope it will get better soon for you ! I'll lock this topic now.
