Huyzus Posted August 10, 2017 Share Posted August 10, 2017 I tried going to tutor heaven to teach energy ball to kadabra, but it said kadabra cannot learn it? At that point i thought maybe its because it needs to be alakazam to learn it, but when i took alakazam back to tutor heaven to have energy ball taught,it also said that it couldn't learn it? I looked it up and kadabra/alakazam should be able to learn it.
