I have pokemon Shroomish. It can learn Spore in lv40. However, i did not learn at that time. Now, my pokemon lv 96 and i want to relearn skill. But, when i go old man who re-teach skill, i dont see skill Spore in list skill which i can relearn. So, why i can't re-learn?

same for parasect/paras. spore seems bugged on move tutor

Moveset of every Pokemon hasn't been updated, hencewhy it doesn't show. This isn't bug, just hasn't been implemented/updated. It is on Shane's to do list.
