I have a full team of 100s and the online guides say that is all the requirements. It says "maybe i have not explored the pro world long enough". The requirements of the sevii island boss are also 200 hours, in addition to your full team of Lv 100 Pokemon. How many hours playtime do you have? I hope i could help you out.
